$250 Service Call After 90 Days From Purchase
* LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
JMBF warrants all furniture for 90 days from delivery (parts and labor) excluding clearance items. All parts are warranted for 1 year (excludes fabrics). Parts warranties do not cover shipping/ transportation charges. Manufacturers may offer longer limited warranties on select parts. Manufacturer warranties exclude labor, delivery, and shipping costs. JMBF offers service calls for only $250 per call plus parts. Warranties are not extended on replacement parts or replacement merchandise. Replacement parts can take up to 12 weeks to receive. Warranties are non transferable.
* EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
NO CASH REFUNDS - REFUNDS are given only as in- store credit. Exchanges must be made within three days per PA law. Exchanges are subject to manufacture 25% restocking fee plus 15% freight fee to ship merchandise back. JMBF charges a redelivery fee of $100 and credit card service charge fee of 5% and for financing 15%. Remaining balance will be issued only as "store credit" NO REFUNDS
* SERVICE
After 90 days a service fee of $250 plus parts and pickup fees. If the merchandise has to be returned to the manufacturer for repair, the customer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the manufacturer. Transportation fees vary by the manufacturer.
* SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are merchandise not kept in stock that are custom ordered by the customer. Any special orders require a 50% down (nonrefundable) deposit and the balance due on delivery. In the event you need to cancel a special order your deposit is nonrefundable and will be issued as a store credit. All special order merchandise must be delivered within 30 days before incurring any storage fees. See store for details.
* CLEARANCE / “AS IS” MERCHANDISE
All clearance and “AS IS” merchandise is not subject to any warranties by us or the manufacturer. Credit card, financing, & delivery fees apply.
* PROTECTION PLAN
Extended warranty plans are available. See store for details. Warranty plans are non refundable or transferable.
* RETURN CHECKS $50 fee
*CANCELLATION FEES AFTER CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD / FINANCING HAS PROCESSED
Credit card / debit card chargeback incurs a 5% fee and financing incurs a 15% fee of what was financed.
* DISPOSAL OF OLD FURNITURE
$100 disposal fee

Due to insurance regulations we are not responsible for securing merchandise in vehicles/trailers. JMBF is not responsible for any damage to the merchandise after leaving JMBF property.

JMBF does collect information for internal use. JMBF will never sell or distribute your information.

Your furniture parts and labor are covered by the manufacture for 90 days (excludes clearance, comfort issues, wood items, "as is", floor models, tent sale, and mattresses. Contact mattress manufacture for warranty information). A $100 fee for transportation will applied to all service appointments if we need to bring your merchandise back to the store for repair and brought back to you. $250 service call fee for for furniture that is over 90 days plus any other cost that is not included in the manufacture's warranty.
Original proof of purchase is needed for all warranties.

Please make sure all pictures are clear and we are able to see what part of the furniture needs repaired.
